Do you ship both locally and internationally?

Yes we do!

What is the return policy?

Our return policy is limited to damaged or defective items. For this reason, we recommend confirming any product specifications with our team before completing your order.

Can i cancel, return, modify, or exchange my order?

Orders cannot be modified once the payment is processed, and all sales are final. If you need to update critical shipping details (such as address, name, or contact information), please contact us immediately using the contact form. We will attempt to accommodate changes if your order has not yet entered the fulfillment process, but we cannot guarantee modifications.

Why is there additional postal fee?

While we aim to display accurate shipping costs at checkout, our system may occasionally underestimate the required postage for larger or multi-item orders. In such cases, we will promptly email you with the details and the additional amount due before processing your shipment. Thank you for your understanding—this allows us to maintain reliable and secure delivery for all orders.

How much is the delivery fee for Timi Mail Club?

Delivery is included in your Mail Club subscription fee! We keep it affordable by sending your monthly joy via untracked mail.



How do you ship my order?

All orders are shipped in either envelope, bubble mailers or boxes depending on the number of items in the order

My order is lost/ damaged/ marked received but I have not gotten it

We will try our best to help you relocate your missing packages! However, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Once your item has been marked shipped, we no longer have control of it so please kindly check with the shipping company for more details.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We primarily use Redly via Pos Malaysia as it is across the board the most budget-friendly options for our lovely patrons

How do i track my order?

After your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package’s journey on the carrier’s website. Please keep in mind that tracking info may take a little while to update, especially for international deliveries.



When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped within 7 days, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How long will it take to get my order?
  1. Tracked Shipping Regular : 7-28 days
  2. Tracker Shipping Express : 2-7 days
  3. Domestic : 2-7 days
How much does shipping cost?

Due to geographic limitations, we currently provide flat-rate shipping only. The shipping cost will appear at checkout, and we’ve worked hard to offer the most affordable rates for our wonderful customers.

What are shipping customs?

Please be aware that your order will need to clear customs in your country. This means:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by your government.
  • Customs processing can sometimes cause significant delivery delays, which are beyond our control.
  • If a package is returned to us due to address issues or unpaid fees, reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
